1 tube of biscuit dough
4 large eggs
1 pound ground breakfast sausage
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 325*
Open and remove the biscuits from the tube
Place the biscuits onto the pan and flatten them out and press edges together to form a solid crust
Bake for 5 to 6 minutes
While the crust is in the oven, crumble the ground sausage in a skillet and brown until it is thoroughly cooked.
Drain half of the excess grease from the sausage and place half of the sausage on a plate and set to the side
Stir a tbsp or 2 of flour into the skillet and whisk it in the remaining fat in the pan
Slowly add the milk stirring constantly, until you reach the desired consistency
In another skillet, add 1 tbsp of butter to the skillet and beat the eggs. Then pour into the skillet and make scrambled eggs
Remove the crust from the oven
Top with the sauce by spreading it evenly over the crust,
Top with the cooked sausage, scrambled eggs and shredded cheese
Bake for 15 minutes
